For the price of hotel, did not receive quality service and felt this place to be more creepy than welcoming. Also lacked in tv channels for kids

Mostly everything was great. Just a little disappointed with the ac and heater. It cycles between hot and cold and never stayed at a constant temperature.

Just an overnight trip. Staff is very polite. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Close to stores and restaurants. Overall a great time.

Very convenient to Rock Hill city. Only comment was bath towels were not refreshed during day, but front desk gave extras upon request.

Have stayed here several nights over the past few years but this time was bad and it all had to do with breakfast. The only reason we always stay here is the free breakfast and this past eeek it was terrible. 3 days no biscuit & gravy and no pancakes. And last 2 days no milk really can’t get milk.

Very nice trip. The stay was pleasant but the pool was closed two days of our three day stay
