After being paid by Expedia, the hotel charged me again. After numerous times trying to get the hotel to resolve the issue and getting no response, I would recommend that anyone staying at this hotel be very careful about giving them a credit card for incidentals. My credit card company issued a refund and also a new card, but said that they were having issues with management of the property also.

Our room smelled terrible upon entering so much that I went out and bought plug in and spray air fresheners. In 6 nights we received 1 room “refresh”…. Beds are hard. Wouldn’t stay again.
