I used the feature as prompted to check in before arriving, only for the staff member to require me to do it all again when I got there. When I asked about it, he rolled his eyes. They have a plexiglass window you have to speak through and it was hard to hear him as he stood further away from the window.
He gave me a key that didn't work on my door and required me to return for another one. In the room, the standing light didn't work. The floor is peal and stick, and has separated, so naturally, all the dirt and crumbs are stuck between the pieces on the floor.
bathroom/shower space is so tight that it is uncomfortable. The shower was dirty/molding. Towels I think were clean, but stained all over. The bed was ok at best, they only provided two half-sized pillows, not even two standard sizes. It was incredibly uncomfortable. The light switches have a visible black buildup from lack of cleaning. The price didn't match the service/accommodations. I paid the same amount as several other hotels I've stayed at that were clean and comfortable.
If you are looking for somewhere sketchy to take a special person that you wish to hide from anyone you may know, this is probably a good spot for you.
I will not be returning and would never recommend it to anyone unless the place is renovated and under new management.
I hope the management reads this comment and does a proper walk-through of all rooms, and corrects these items. It doesn't have to be perfect, but there is a standard.
