"We really enjoyed our stay here. Host was excellent: knowledgeable and welcoming. Location was good, secluded enough but easy to get to all areas of the island. Food selection in kitchen was fab and available 24/7, never had that at a b&b before. Room comfortable and internet readily available too. "

"The staff were great, night staff at late check in and late check out. Break staff including Prerna in dining were top notch. "

"All 6 night we had a good experience besides couples of things: There wasn't enough shampoo and soap for the 6 nights stay; Room was very dusty and no cleaning/vacuum were done with our stay for 6 nights, as well area upfront of the main entrance had debris all around; If these things can be corrected, then ratings can be raised up. "I stayed here for 4 nights while attending an expo at the Excel Centre. Perfect location, maybe a 15-minute pleasant walk to the Elizabeth Line and then only one stop to Custom House for Excel. The apartment gave me plenty of space to chill out after a long day, watch TV etc. I dined out every evening, but should you wish everything you would need for home cooking was there with the oils, condiments and spices to support such efforts. "Waited 30 mins for the owner to turn up with keys. Only 3 towels, no hand towels, no tea towels, no cleaning materials, dishwasher stunk, neither tv’s worked, no air conditioning, no toiletries, old stained pillows and doonas in cupboards, balcony door didn’t open so no fresh air, no bowls, 2nd bedroom bed very soft and uncomfortable, no ironing board, sink broken in main bathroom, not thoroughly cleaned, needs a good clean and repaint. When I contacted booking agent I was on hold for 30 minutes...

"No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

Suite is definitely a nice stay!

"Upon checking in, I was offered a free upgrade to one of the large suites at the front of the boat. The suite was a great size and the balcony was extremely large overlooking the river in the bathroom was a nice surprise as there was not only a Jacuzzi bath, but also a sauna. The room is very clean. The mini bar is stocked and included in the room cost and all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful on my stay."
