The hotel was very busy and they were not equipped to handle it. Garbage cans over flowing and mud tracked in that remained from early evening until we checked out at 9:30 in the side entry area.
I arrived at 3:30 to check in and was told it would be an hour and a half to get my room. I had a 4:30 appointment and needed to get ready. They finally found a room.
Not to mention the room prices were DOUBLED from the previous weekend because of a graduation at one of the local colleges. Talk about price gouging!!!

The property should have been closed. It was in disrepair with two broken elevators; no way up to the rooms but the stairs….for 7 floors.

We got Hotel at midnight due to flight delays. The elevators are down and we will have to carry the heavy sport gears up to the six floor with my 8 years old kid. The elevator was not fixed until two days later. The breakfast is supposed to open at 7am but no one was there until 7:20. We have to go somewhere else to get breakfast since we are in the rush for a competition. There are so many unhappy customers shaking their heads seeing the elevators are down for days.

When we stayed here 10/13/2024, both elevators were not working, and the toilet was not working.

Elevators were down for out 2nt stay. Made it very inconvenient to walk up and down with 2 small kids. Staff didnt bother doing house keeping nor take our trash for our entire stay because there was no housekeeping service. However there were some staff cleaning rms for new checkins? Made no sense.
Trash were in the hallway from multiple rm because they didnt bother collecting them. Flies were flying around. Just gross.

First of all ELEVATORS weren’t working they had me haul up luggage’s up five flights of stairs. I came to check in I had booked a two queen bed room they gave me a one kind bed and said we have rollaways and then they were like nope never mind we can’t bring it to you. Yeah ok as soon as we walk into our room we can spot the bed duvet being very dirty in a black color. We were there for two days and they didn’t fix the elevators. Staff was nice but hotel needs to really really do better

Check in was a complete mess. The female front desk staff was not friendly and lack professional etiquette. I was very disappointed on how she handled everything. We waited because rooms where not available and housekeeping was behind. Terrible service. Also the elevator was not working. Just imagine people coming down more from 7th floor with very large suitcases.
This is zero star service.
