Housekeeping never came into our room. We did not need new sheets. But, bed was not made. Bathroom was not cleaned. No fresh towels. A hotel of any quality does those 3 things: make bed, clean the bathroom, give fresh towels. RIT in did none.

Dirty, the air smells, irritates my throat, made me cough a lot

Staff friendly. The place was clean. It's all a bit dated, there are newer options. The tile floors in the main hallway struck me as an odd choice. It's in good shape, just not cute. I thought it would be closer to RIT - there are also closer options to campus.

This property was clean, ready when I arrived, and the staff was gracious and attentive. I would gladly stay again. Handicapped parking wasn't even necessary, since all spaces were close. Highly recommend.

Parking was good. The hotel is a bit obsolete. The lights in the hotel rooms are not very bright. The blankets are pretty cheap and not in good quality and they’re not warm enough. The doors are hard to open. I was not impressed with the food at Petals. It could have been better. I think the price is too high for that not so impressive things. It is embarrassing because I am an RIT alumnus.
