Absolutely love this Inn! The old-school ‘actual key’, furnishings/decor! Cocktails were delicious! Went to RBTL for a show & this was perfect!

It was a very lovely hotel and next time in Rochester I wouldn’t hesitate to stay anywhere else.

Mice infestation in the room. Found during the night. There was a single night staff on duty and he was not helpful and was on talking on his phone the whole time. He seemed to think this was somehow amusing, says he cannot give me a new room because only premium rooms are left(?), and proceeded to grab a broom… I insisted strongly for a switch, and got the keys to the “premium” room directly next to the prior room with the mice. Tried to pass the night with the lights on and luggage unpacked. Got out as soon as possible next morning. At least got a refund from a different staff in the morning, but won’t stay here again even if you paid me. Shame because the building looked nice.

wonderful hotel with great service and very conveniently located. i would definitely stay again.
please note that breakfast provided is only coffee and muffins.
