We checked at registration that the bathroom was equip with hand rails, the only rail was inside the bath tub. We were given a "Hearing Impaired Room." I did not see that there were no rails initially so we did not ask to change rooms. I fell twice that night and then brought my walker into the bathroom so I would not fall again. I told the woman when we checked out that this was not an acceptable room for us!
Next time we have medical appointments in Rochester I will be sure we get a safe room. Thanks!

My son had knee surgery so he had to stay in Rochester for a few days. The handicap bathroom was very convenient and helpful for him.
