This place was very nice for an older hotel. Loved the Twigs restaurant! Bathroom was a little small, but it was ok for 1 night. Would definitely stay there again!

We were here during cold weather; the whole building was very cold. The thermostat in the room does not control the heater. Wont be staying here again.

They understand hospitality. Excellent free continuous shuttle service to Mayo Clinic, grocery store, etc. Ample free breakfast with variety. Very clean. Friendly & helpful staff. Close to Mayo/ downtown. We’ll be back.

Overall decent stay. Facilities clean "enough" but very very outdated. Internet was HORRIBLE on both my laptop and cell phone. Staff were all so wonderful, with the exception of the breakfast are people.

I thought this place was clean and staff was friendly. I stayed 4 nights in the extended stay building across the street. Lots of space in these, furniture is very old, recliner is falling apart. Every morning one of the residents dog would wake me up barking outside. A block away for breakfast. I stayed 1 night in the tower. Much nicer accommodations. However, the TV did not work and the room was musty. After I ran for a bit it cleared out. The major issue I have here is I booked through Expedia and the hotel kept charging my card. I still haven’t received all my money back.
