The staff was friendly. The area quiet and safe. Shoppibg and dining was easy and convenient. What l found odd or didnt like was the bathroom setup. I didnt like that the bathroom was exceptionally small and the sink was outside the bathroom.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 20 times from April till December. And the only bad stays were the 3 times when there was either youth baseball team or hockey. The kids run around the property yelling and thru the halls. They knocked on the doors of other guest and run. All three times I complained to the night manager Nd the day manager. And nothing was do r

Our 1st room had a dirty shower with hair and grime in it. We moved to another room where it was relatively clean, but with hair in one bed and dust hanging all around the lamps. It made us nervous, but we stayed. The pot and cigarette smoke near the elevator was awful. There are 2 rooms labeled employees only. It seems to have come from there.
I could have lived with that, but the 2 queen beds in my room were hard as a rock. I was only sitting when I noticed and hoped laying down wouid be OK. It was awful and so painful to try and sleep on, but too late to move. I didn't get much sleep at all and it ruined my whole next day. My whole family was tired, but the king sized bed in the other room wasn't as bad.
Don't stay here if you like cleanliness and sleeping comfortably. If you're reading this, and are booked here, do check the beds, and leave while you can. The beds aren't OK to sleep on. I'm surprised at the poor quality of this Best Western as most that I've stayed at have been quite good.

I sincerely apologize for the issues you have encountered while staying at our facility. Our hotel is a completely non-smioking hotel and we make every attempt to make sure guests follow that rule. Going as far as asking them to leave. I have been here for a little over a week now and am in the process of streamlining our policies and standards. I hope that you will give us a try in the future to see the improvements we are making.
