Good budget hotel
Posted 16 May 2024 on HotelsWe stayed for one night as part of a 35 day trip around Europe. Everything went well, it's a privately owned budget hotel. We ate at the restaurant next to the hotel.

Clean room, comfortable bed, affordable price. The hotel is along a street that has a few cafes and shops, and is away from the noise of the city center.

The hotel itself was clean, if a little worn-looking, and there was very good service. We were traveling by bike and there was secure bike storage in a conference room. The breakfast was excellent and rooms were quiet and clean.
It is a small town with few dining options if you do not have a car. We walked up near the castle and chapel for a gorgeous view of the Rhone and countryside. Beautiful!

For a quiet romantic weekend..
Posted 17 Jul 2015 on HotelsRoom was great - comfy bed, large ( clean ) tub, and sweet little patio table for a glass of wine or coffee. Perfect for a couple, not really a place for kids. Very nice for a quiet weekend away, though I would skip the 19€ breakfast for 2 next time and just pick up my cheese and pastry elsewhere.
There are bits of an old castle across the street and a very grand Abby about 30 minutes away.

Pros: Very friendly and very nice rooms with details.
Cons: Late-night snack
Great. We got there for 1 night at 9pm and we received a very warm welcome from the reception lady. The room was modern, clean and decorated with a warm personal touch. You´ll find a nice TV and a water heater for coffee and tea.
I was expecting less for the price of 60 Euro / room, but it was actually surprising me in a very very good way. I would recommend this hotel to everybody who wants to visit France for at least one night.
