All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We had a king suite which was wonderful. The view wasnt great since it was just the roof of the building but the bed was so soft and there were plenty of outlets to plug in and charge devices. The personal concierge on my phone was a wonderful addition.

The customer service at check in was excellent also check out was quick and simple no need to stand in line waiting to check out the virtual assistant is so helpful

I liked the room my wife and I stayed in but it could have used more lighting and a microwave, when staying at this hotel you have to rent one, it doesn't come standard with the room. After checking in I asked for a cart to bring in the luggage, I was prepared to bring it in myself only to be told a bell man had to help and by the way the bell man became upset because I already had parked my car and I was no longer at the front or rear entrance.
The dining options are very limited with minimal staffing, we tried to have dinner at the Guy Fieri restaurant but after waiting 15 minutes to be seated , once seated after 20 minutes no one took our order we left, we were able to have dinner at the steak house, the food and the service was great.
This was my second time staying at this hotel once in approximately 2018 and this year, I would have to say my previous stay was better. There's definitely room for improvement.

It’s is a decent place. Hotel is very dated it needs upgrades. Staff was very pleasent that worked at hotel. Casino 2 out 10 staff was not friendly and was dingy. The restaurants had a few selections i opted for Guy Fieres place. Because it was 10 out 10 in LAS VEGAS but was a 1 out 10 in Tunica. Staff was not nice. Bar didn’t have anything but 1 choice on draft and bottled beer no cocktails, because the bar tender was just being LAZY. Guy your restaurant in TUNICA IS HORRID!!!!

Good overall experience. Decor is somewhat dated and lighting is inadequate in most areas of the hotel. Friendly staff.
