When we got on the elevator our room cards would not work, plus there was dry dog poop on the floor I almost stepped in, if my wife would have not noticed it. The hallway to our room smelled like weed and our room smelled of weed. It made my wife’s eyes burn. Was told that was only alaviable room. The casino barely had any players and the parks lot was dead. Was woken up at 7 am by maintenance working on something by our room. They were yelling at each other. We had a crappy anniversary date.

Missing the buffets but everything you need is in the casino so you can park and stay on property. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room and bed were great. Stayed on 3rd floor.

Dirty rooms, peeling wallpaper, and missing tiles in the bathroom. The restaurant they had was horrible. I could understand paying the price if the food wasnt pre cooked sitting under a heating lamp. My husbands chicken fried steak had been sitting out for quite some time because it was like leather. Roulette tables were only open one night. We ended up going to a different place to eat and play.

Staff was not helpful or friendly. Room smelled like cigarettes. Was never given the option of a smoke free room. Check in took too long. Could not get a luggage cart without leaving a DL at the desk, had to have room key to use elevator and then the card wouldn’t work sometimes. Not enough towels for the room occupancy. Asked for towels multiple times then did not receive them until a day and half later. No room service…phone in room did not work. No housekeeping service during your stay.

Overall experience was great! Little issues were annoying but not deal breaking for future. Some staff too rude, but not all. Some bathrooms dirty, but not all. Room was very clean, comfortable and felt safe. Elevator and parking lot were dirty. Parking lot felt slightly unsafe and could use more lighting.
