The property was peaceful and quite. This offered a very good ambiance for resting.

The front desk staff was accommodating.
For the quality of the hotel the price was high compared to other hotels in the area.
The building had jalousie windows and poor sound proof and was shab by.
The hotel was down an unpaved road that was muddy during rain.
The hotel taxi to the airport was higher than the going price.
I do not recommend this hotel.

Thank you for taking the time to write about the hotel. But I have to correct some information that you are providing, we do have the lowest price in West End, and for right now we are in high season and all of the hotels increase the rates.
About the taxis they also increase their price, but we do provide a cheaper price that them if possible or at least the same price. In high season there is an increase in everything.
Hopefully the municipality finish the road soon, because when they were pavimenting the road some years ago; the community decided to keep the last part of the road "Natural" and they stop were it is. Nataro Inn it was not exist at the time, so it's not in our hands. When you came to visit us, it was after a really bad weather that is why you found the road in a bad conditions.
