Our staying in the hotel the most greatest experience, personally I don like hotels; this one is amazing to have a relaxing time. Plus: very clean and refreshing. Thank you so much

Room was spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The property is NOT located on the water which I didn’t realize til l we got there. (I assumed it was, due to the name…) Breakfast was very generous. You simply ordered off the menu. The only negative thing was that our room was inundated with a POWERFUL fragrance (room freshener?) that caused me to sneeze and get itchy but it eventually dissipated. It was a $25 ride from the ferry and a $40 to the airport. Pool was nice and warm.

I had an issue with the water supply in my stay. Plus, I had to request the staff for shampoo and soap because There was not any in the room when I arrived

We take everyone's opinions and suggestions into consideration as it points out where we need to focus our improvements. After receiving your review I did some digging and found that indeed your water supply was shut of for a short period of time. The reason for this was the main water line that supplies water to the entire hotel and Dive Shop had irrupted, and staff had to take quick actions to rectify this by closing the valve to the building where your room was located. We apologize that you weren't informed of the issue by staff. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. And please allow us to make it up to you by giving you a complimentary guided snorkel when you stay with us again. Once again, please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. We hope that this incident will not mar your overall experience at our hotel and that you come visit us again soon.
