Fourth time to stay at Rosh Rayhan. I checked in late and was given a small room with no view that looked onto an internal dark atrium and no sun. But the next day I spoke with Hala at the front desk and she expertly and quickly managed to find an alternate room that was bigger and with sunlight. Transfering rooms was super smooth. Thank you, Hala!
I like Rosh Rayhan because it feels different from the other global branded hotels that are all alike around the world. Yet it maintains top level of cleanliness, great service, and convenience, at a reasonable price.
Rosh Rayhan is my go to hotel in Riyadh.

The staff were tremendously helpful. A quick, simple and courteous check in, the concierge team are super helpful, smiley and engaging. We were offered a choice of room on arrival, and being a family of four we opted for the twin room (the beds weren’t big enough for four) but it was enough for two nights. The most impressive things; the gym is fantastic, the staff are helpful and engaging with children and we asked for a late check out and was given 3 additional hours, as well as baggage storage. Great hotel to stay at in a prime location.
