Elec went off, brown water via taps in room

The electricity cut out one morning while I was in the lobby. The lights went out and had to go back to room via staff in the service lift. Got back to room on 4th floor and water wasn't running to sink or bath. When the water did return 30 mins later the water was running through brown for 15 mins. In fairness they did offer room service complementary.

This hotel made me feel at home. It is super clean and service-oriented. Housekeeper kept my room clean, and he was always prompt to answer my questions if I needed anything in the room. They are super respectful. I loved my stay! Saudis are such great people! Thank you, Marriott! Professor Mariella Thaning

Excellent service and extremely friendly helpful staff! They will go extra mile.however, I have the following concerns. The bath tub is extremely slippery and thus unsafe. Also, I booked this hotel only because it shows that it has swimming pool. To our surprise it is only for men. My wife was really upset. As a Muslim I am aware of country religious traditions, but Marriott seemingly doesn’t respect them! Why not have two separate swimming pools or allocate hours for women to use swimming pool. And, please, state that on your website.
