I chose this hotel because of its close location to the airport and my familiarity of the Radisson hotel chain. The hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent. It is a huge property and I was surprised about the walk from reception to the building I was in. There are 9 buildings. They are not well marked, so i had to ask which was my building. The walk is not far, but was surprising.
My only complaint was the air conditioning. I could not get he room below 24C. I even had the tech check the room when the temp would not go below 27C. He was able to make a change and get it to 24C.Better but not great.

Really nice sized rooms, with soft towels. I didn’t always have hot water in my shower which was annoying, but it’s always hot outside, so not a bad thing. Gym was very good for an airport. Breakfast was good with excellent coffee, which is super important for me. Very friendly staff and next time I come back to Riyadh I’ll stay in the Raddison.

Location is good for the airport. The room was basic and not worth the price at all. The photos were slightly misleading. There was no shampoo or body wash left in the containers so it indicates housekeeping is not thorough. Also, the bathroom had a foul smell so we had to open the balcony door to air the room .
Reception staff were efficient .
But the price was no where near worth the price.
