I have so much to say since i stayed here for a long time so this is going to be long. First of all , please DO NOT be fooled with those many good reviews.
The hotel is only good for one or two night's stay at most.
The only good thing about this hotel is how nice the staff are. Especially the room service and cleaning team. I gotta say the front desk is not really that accommodating like most reviews said but they do try to be nice. For the most part, they almost never pick up the phone. I had to come down whenever i wanted something.
I wanted a late checkout, but they could only allow 3 hours, so u check out at 4 or 5 max. If u stay one more hour, u gotta pay half a day l. Like seriously? I just wanted one more hour, but no. So thier standard is not like any other Radisson blue around the world that I stayed in. This hotel is the only one that wouldn't accommodate but its maybe part of policy? I dont know. I just didn't appreciate it.
The room is tidy, the team is good at their job, it's also clean for how old the furniture is. The staff seem to be doing their best with the supplies they were provided, so its not the cleanest hotel, its just ok.
The food was delicious, decent variety, only one restaurant, a buffet, the rest were closed for a while but they wont tell u that before booking !
They have the worst WiFix, it even went out for many hours on one of the days.
The facilities are mixed and there is no female only area for anything which was weird. Wont ge back
