I wasn’t sure why it got lest than 8 on the rating but found it was good experience and nice clean hotel

Sadly the power was out for all rooms for several hours , I was only staying a night so was unable to change and get ready for my business dinner, no advanced warning at checkin and no updates, the GM was no where to be seen and the hotel put a letter under the door which I saw the following morning
