Property staff is useless. Breakfast area is small and not clean at all. Room service is almost dosent exist

The door man was on the phone instead of helping with luggage
Receptionist nice but poor English
Room was big but water running out the shower in huge amount, also the shower was not in a good technical condition.
Breakfast was good, big choice and the guy there was extremely watching after all food is being filled up
The area is not nice

Good Bad and Ugly
Posted 21 Jan 2024 on HotelsThe room was a good size, the bed very good as were the pillows. The bathroom sub standard with the size so small I landed up scratching my back on a shelf sharp corner twice. The breakfast was so poor I did not go to the room again after day one, extremely bad, nothing looked appetising so stayed away. Food not labeled so you could not identify it.

- I stayed for 7 nights the info during booking was breakfast for one person they charged me for 2 persons Breakfast.
-The internet connection is not good.
-The room is not isolated I stayed in a room with city view all cars sounds were as you sleep in the street.
- The breakfast is very good
- Room service is good and cheap

Never again - had headache entire time for hotel smelling like an ashtray!
