It’s okay I like the room but no extras..
Posted 20 Dec 2020 on HotelsRoom is modern, spacious and clean. My only complaint is the available extras I didn’t have. No toiletries in the bathroom no drinks or snacks in the room I would expect that in a less expensive room but I paid for the most expensive room. I called house keeping and asked for a comb and extra blanket and they told me they don’t have any. None of the TVs had remotes which isn’t a big deal but still.

Poor Service and Poor Food

- The breakfast menu was very limited and not too good.
- The batteries on the bathroom scales and TV remote were dead so Im asked for them to be replaced. They weren't.
- The coffee and milk in my room were not replaced.
This is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. I've had better experiences in 2 and 3-star hotels.
