I was shocked to arrive at the hotel and find out it’s temporarily closed due to renovations!!!! Nobody cared even to call or message to cancel the booking and definitely no refund.

The staff and room services are subpar. Initially, there were no towels provided, but they were given after requesting. The water pressure in the shower is very low, making it difficult to bathe. Breakfast is extremely poor and does not have any minimum standard. The breakfast extremely low standard. Overall, the experience is terrible.
