"I stayed in the Retro Van which was cute, small, the smallest accommodation they have, in fact. It consisted of a bed, a sink, a fan, a fluro light. Was clean. A lamp would have been appreciated, and fixing the latch on the door so that it could stay open (it was very hot), mozzie netting on the windows so they could be left open and a little fridge would have been helpful. "The property was very good and the reception staff was lovely. The apartment we were in was older but well-kept, clean, and the bedding was really comfortable. My only negative was booking through Hotels.com instead of directly through the hotel. "We arrived out of hours but were given clear information about access to find our two bedroom accommodation that was excellent. Clean, well equipped and highly recommendable. The pool and play area were well maintained and again very clean and presentable. My family had a wonderful 5 day stay. My grandson was so pleased you had a spa and spent most of the 5 days in it or the pool or the games room."

"What a lovely park and the location near the water was beautiful. Great boat ramp and the park was so clean. The staff were so lovely and the cottage had everything we needed. The bird aviary was a bonus, loved Rocky the cocky who talked to us. Will be back again 100%"

"This stay was wonderful - nearby to shops and right on the shoreline. Beautiful walks and close to the regional gallery. The staff in the hotel were very friendly, pool was great for a cooler dip and the spa to relax in. The pool does need some TLC - brickwork very dirty in parts. The restaurant and bar were a big disappointment, excellent food but the service was appalling, the worst we experienced in Port. Perhaps some training may help, also to advise staff not to repeatedly call everyone...

"One of the best hotels we have enjoyed on our 8 week travelling from the UK. On entering the hotel was comfortable and welcoming. It continued in the large room, shower room. Clean and modern. Great TV options and a balcony with table and chairs!! Pool, sun loungers and hot tub!! Highly recommend!!!"
