Great location. Staff friendly. Immaculate rooms. You can't go wrong. Walking distance from restaurants and department stores. Coffee only. But it really doesn't matter. Go out to breakfast!

Vanessa the front desperate receptionist had a horrible attitude from the moment we walked in . Even when we asked where our room was, she pointed behind her shoulder and said “ I don’t know somewhere over there” Every question we asked her response would be this is not a full service hotel. I hundred percent, feel scammed the fact that this hotel advertise as a full kitchen and yet nowhere in the Expedia site does it say you have to pay $50 to rent plates and cookware. What a scam of a hotel! You’ve never in my life, seen a hotel, advertise a full kitchen and not provide the utensils. Extremely frustrating since I brought food to cook and ended up just going out to eat instead

There was an overwhelming perfume smell that was suffocating. Also the hotel would not work with me to shorten my stay. Giving me mixed excuses. First stating that since i booked with expedia they couldn't do anything for me, then when expedia was okay with me shortening my stay and sent emails to their staff they refused me a refund for a shortened stay. Very frustrating. I do not recommend as they are not a flexible company to work with.

Property was nice and very clean. Surrounding area was beautiful. However, staff wasn't very helpful. When I needed service, the phone in the room wasn't working. I had to go down to the desk multiple times to get small issue resolved. Otherwise, our stay was great.

Me and my fiancé had a great late Christmas gift but the thing that ruined our night was that we had a room where there were dogs next door and they wouldn’t stop barking we did call the front desk to see if there’s anything that could be resolved and they said they were on it but nothing changed. We gave it another chance to quiet down but it never happened and so after and hour and a half we called and asked for a room change. Which we did end up getting but the room was a complete down grade from the 3rd to the first with a smaller room. Also the third floor elevator had construction sheets hanging from the elevator door blocking and can cause a further accident.

We were aware that this is new concept on West coast and prices are lower. I brought my own hair dryer and we knew no breakfast included. Made our own ice in lovely fridge in the room. I also brought my own coffee and travel mug. Heated up water in the microwave

Rooms are nice, only problem is they don’t have hair blow dryer, clothes Iron, you have to go to the lobby and ask for it and maybe they have depend if you get lucky also if you need towels you have to go to the lobby and they have a attitude
