The property was so dirty, stinky, the heater didn’t work, the restroom didn’t have towels and was really nasty, the tv controllers didn’t work either, the blankets had hollows and were stinky as well, I asked for replacement and they didn’t have, there was human excrement on the parking lot……etc

I wish I would put into words how disgusting this place is. Dirty, gross, unsafe to say the least.
I left as soon as I saw the parking lot and room even though I knew it meant losing my money. Please don’t stay here if you value your life and health.

I would like to get a call back. I selected a room with a couch and the property did not have a couch. The bed was stained. The room had roaches and the bathtub was not cleaned. The floors had stains. There was an extra night stand next to the tv that looked like it was just in the room as an “extra” nothing on there. When going to the front desk no one answered to complain. I would like to get my money back. This place is unsafe and filthy. The next day the cleaning person did not knock and opened the door at 10:58am. I urge someone to call me back.

Just when you enter there’s a lot of homeless people and unusual activity. For a woman it’s scary. Room smelled a lot of cigarette.
