Insufficient parking for hotel guests due to a packed dinning area. We had to park our car a distance away from our room and move it next morning to pack car on checkout. Check service was not particularly friendly, however bar staff were great.

Should have a grab rail in the shower, possibly one even on the side of the toilet. Otherwise, was very clean, comfortable and with all the expectations of a hotel room.

1st of all night manager forgot to put my key out, and I looked everywhere there was no afterhour number to call at all. I need to seek help from other guest during late night around 11.30pm. And the funny thing is the # on the information card is a city security # and the customer service lady said this property in not under their management, and give me another to try. I need to make few phone calls to get the night manager out during 1am. 2nd after we checked in to that room. We found a lots of ants everywhere. I have to move my bed away from the wall to be able to sleep. 3rd i reported to housekeeper about the ants they said they are suffering ants these few days. If you know there is a problem. Should you try to solve it first????? 4th I reported those problems to the front desk a Nepal guy or India guy and after an hour I received a call from Motel the lady over the phone asked how was your check in last night and how was everything going? I was confused seems they didn't reported those problems to their manager and they didn't communicate with eachother at all. Really disappointed stay.
