Quiet, clean - all amenities I needed but nicely upgraded to better room due to my difficulty in walking, Understanding & caring staff.

room have a ceiling hole and fire detective missing not install floor damage and dirty and have bug running around.

After a long day of Christmas shopping We checked in. Walked in the room used the bahtroom and 2 cacaroaches were in there. Stains on the sheets. The mirror was so stained . 5 mins and i walked out and asked for my refund. My family and i decided to just drive home. Awful.

We check in, TV didn’t work but the most terrible was the housekeeper open the door without nocking the door and we were busy and after that she came back again . So we fill no safe in that place we didn’t state we leave the hotel after 2 hrs the check in .I would like my money back .

Last nigh, it was horrible. A women is shouting to someone for a hour long. People who lives next door must be drunk. He kept knock my door every 20minutes. Everytime I felt asleep and he just knock the door. I stayed up all night. The light is flashing . The shower water is not hot enough. And water is too small. Won't stay again!!!! So annoying.

My first room was dirty. Floor wasn’t swept. Tub seemed dirty. Floors were sticky. Walls were not clean. After giving me another room, the second room was mildly cleaner but had a dog food nugget on the floor. The fire alarm was chirping because it needed a battery. Rather than put a new battery in, the clerk removed the fire alarm. Water dripped down from the second floor when the shower was turned on. My tub/shower leaked and had damaged walls. The paint on the walls was chipped and dirty. The heater didn’t work at first. I had to reset it at the electrical outlet. I asked for a refund, but the manager was not available, and when I called, they couldn’t hear me when I asked for him. I left before my check-out. Still waiting for a manager to follow up with me.

Too expensive for poor amenities , we have been in other Days in and was clean and good breakfast.

The towels given for all our three days stay were dirty. Some had fresh make up on them.
