We love the Tru hotels! This one is situated nicely around shopping and fantastic restaurants! Highly recommend this property!

Rooms are small and floor we stayed on has a smell.Shower was rusted and the bed was hard

Room wasn’t ready when I got there but front desk attendant was so nice and pleasant I didn’t mind waiting. Very pleasant stay

The only thing was when we got off the elevator to the second floor the rug smelled

The room had peeling wallpaper and a broken toilet. The covered patio furniture had ripped cushions that were really gross.

Room was in very poor condition and super small (2 - queen) Shower was broken, sink was clogged, roach on the wall, and the floor had several stains. Very disappointing
