Great location, next to Ferry port with superb views.
In need of modernisation however clean and comfortable.
Service was excellent.

Very disappointed by no tea or coffee making facility in the room. This is very unusual in a hotel of this standard. Also disappointed by the small bathroom with shower over the very small bath. Why not just have a walk-in shower and no bath ?

Dear Adrian, we would like to thank you for your review about your experience in our Hotel. Unfortunately, for security reasons the hotel has decided not to provide our rooms with kettle or other coffee making facility. However if our guests want to enjoy some drinks during the day there is our affiliated Restaurant/bar (HamburgeRiva) which is located directly under our Hotel in front of the lake that opens from 11am to 10pm. About the walk in shower, we do have some rooms with it and we give them based on request and availability. As you can immagine in this period we are fully booked so it is a bit tricky to accomodate our guests request if we do not know them in advance. Regardless of that, we hope to welcome you again in Riva del Garda for another wonderfull stay. Best regards.

Great hotel, good breakfast choice. Amazing location and Riva Del Garda is a must visit town, with photos opportunities in every direction

Great location for Riva del Garda
Posted 7 May 2023 on HotelsPerfectly located for a few days in Riva del Garda. The lake and the old town are on the doorstep and there is a wonderful view across the lake for breakfast (which had a great offering)

We found this central situated hotel clean, convenient, great breakfast bar and glass covered porch.
