Best Family Hotel
Posted 14 Aug 2018 on HotelsGreat hotel to stop through with kids, plenty of activities (mini-golf, pool, trampoline, sports area), kids room, snacks through the day and many other activities round the area. Rooms were clean and the views amazing. We didn't plan a long enough stay in the area but the lake and surrounding towns looked lovely.

Not our kind of place
Posted 28 Jul 2017I'll kick off by saying this hotel is for a very specific type of tourist, which is fine if that's what you're looking for, but it doesn't deal at all well with guests who don't necessarily want to follow a set agenda of when to eat, play, travel and sleep.
It's also geared very heavily towards German speakers. The staff do cater for other languages but not nearly so well. This led to us not really knowing what was on offer to us and we missed out on a few things we could have taken advantage of. I'm not entirely sure how kid friendly they are either. One of the staff full-on yelled at my kids for spinning round in the chair by reception while I was trying to read the local tourist guide. They were extremely wary around her after that.
The rooms were ok but small (we had a family comfort room) so expect to have to tiptoe around if your kids fall asleep before you. And all outside lights are turned out by 11pm (there are no private lights on the balconies) so, again, you'll be sitting in the dark outside if you want to enjoy a glass of wine after that.
Finally, it's a bit outside Riva Del Garda (10 - 15 minute drive). Again, that's ok if you plan to centre yourself around the hotel the whole time (which seems to be the idea) but not ideal if you plan to spend a bit of time enjoying the fantastic food and events that are available in town.
At €320 a night, it's also very overpriced for what it is, whichever way you look at it.

Schönes Hotel für Familien mit Kleinkindern
Posted 1 Jul 2018Eine sehr schöne und ruhig gelegene Anlage, die vor allem für Familien mit Kleinkindern gut geeignet ist. Das Hotel ist etwas außerhalb gelegen. Wenn man aber mit dem Auto vor Ort ist, ist es nicht weiter schlimm.

Super Küche, tolle Kinderbetreuung!!!
Posted 9 Apr 2018Wir waren das letzte Wochenende der Osterferien zu Gast. Wir hätten Halbpension gebucht. Das Frühstücksbüffet war schon sehr gut worde aber vom Abendessen noch übertroffen!!!

Posted 1 Oct 2017Zeer proper en net hotel. Vriendelijk ontvangst. Lekker ontbijt en gratis parking. Kamer waren ok, relatief klein maar voldoende.

Modernes Hotel nahe Riva del Garda
Posted 25 Sep 2016Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Hotel verbracht. Wir sind während unserer Italienreise zwei Mal hergekommen und hatten unterschiedliche Zimmer. Beide Male waren die Zimmer sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und entspricht deutschem Standard. Der Poolbereich ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und großzügig vom Platz.
Wir haben uns fast jeden Tag Fahrräder ausgeliehen, diese Leistung ist inklusive (nach Riva 5 - 10 Minuten).
Besonders gut hat uns der tägliche Newsletter gefallen - vom Wetter über Kinderprogramm und Rad- und Klettertouren bis hin zu Märkten der Region, Veranstaltungen in den Städten und Insider Tips ist hier alles dabei und man hat jeden Tag eine große Auswahl an Aktivitäten.

Modernes Hotel mit großem Freizeitangebot

Pros: Die moderne Einrichtung und das hervorragende 5-Gänge-Menü haben unseren Urlaub sehr schön gemacht.
Cons: Die Informationsvermittlung an der Rezeption könnte noch ausführlicher sein. Besonders im Hinblick auf das auswählen des Abendessens.
Location: Das Hotel ist nicht direkt in Riva del Garda, was jedoch für seinen Cham eher vorteilhaft ist.
To Do: Wandern, Radfahren, Grotte besichtigen
Auch ohne Kinder ist dieses Hotel sehr zu empfehlen, da es eine Vielzahl an Aktivitäten anzubieten hat. Buchen sollte man dieses Hotel jedoch nur, wenn man spielende Kinder (ca. im Alter von 1-4) nicht störend findet. Belohnt wird man bei der Buchung durch geführte Wandergruppen, Radtouren oder sogar Malworkshops (leider von uns nicht ausprobiert).
