"I like the staff I thought they were very accommodating and very friendly even the driver on the shuttle bus. What I didn’t like was the very very very very long time waiting for the shuttle bus at the airport. I feel like that was too long of a time, but I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others."

"We had a great stay here and really enjoyed our interactions with the staff. They were always friendly and helpful and would provide knowledgeable advice about the area. There are plenty of eating places within a one mile walking distance and we even walked over the suspension bridge into Cincinnati. "

"I love the beautiful scenery and how clean everything was My only concern is that we didn't get clean towels or room service the whole time we were there. We saw the cleaning staff on our floor, but it looked as if they were only cleaning the vacant rooms. Had to use the same towels for 3 days 😞😞!"

"As expected for the price, decently clean just a little old but everything worked properly and it was surprisingly quiet which is great. Overall if you're looking for something cheaper for a stay without all the extras then this place is great."
