The staff at this property are very nice, friendly, and helpful. The property itself is bare bones. The room is basic, adequate size, but no amenities. Location is fine- a good walk to old town and the port.

Staff at desk friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Rooms are clean but no-frills at all. Located just outside Old Town, and feels like a neighborhood.

This hotel is very clean and close walkable distance to the waterfront! I did not feel comfortable with paying 2 euro for coffee and then 2 euro for a refill! Especially coming from a hotel in Paris where drinks were free at all times!

This place is very simple and very clean with AC. The area is close to old Nice which is a vibe and the food options around here were great!

Easy to recommend
Posted 13 Aug 2024 on HotelsVery good hotel if you dont want to spend top dollar. Mattress wasnt particularly comfortable for me, but thats just my personal experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was continental style and good. Hotel in general was very clean. Would most definitely stay again.

Hotel was as advertised and met all our needs. The plastic mattress covering is weird and kept coming off but other than that the beds were fine.

Left very impressed! It was clean, had all basic necessities, slept comfortable and well and dog friendly. Great place on a budget.
