Specifically got the room for the pool and it was out of service after our 7 hour drive

I want a refund for the inconvenience and moving rooms and floors. I reserved a specific room which staff attempted to not honor Then keys didn’t work Then staff did not know the location of the specific room We moved rooms a total of three times Due to the issues staff advised we could stay a night for free which was definitely helpful The pool is not working. The air conditioning did not work in the room The walls are thin The whirlpool did not have working jets. Over it. Then we came back for the staff to say the guy working did not have authority to comp a room and the best they could do was a price MORE THAN online prices. Both me and the other traveler had to commute to this hotel and contacted the staff the day prior to verify when to come back Needless to say I’m not impressed.

Hello Amanda,Thank you for staying with us,I looked into your reservation and I do not see any room movement in our system except instead of a basic whirlpool, you were given a free upgrade to our Suite, so I am just a little confused on what took place during your stay.Staff and even I myself are not allowed to offer a"free room". there would have to be a conversation between you and I and then I reach out to my headquarters to explain the situation and then permissions come from there and we would of booked your reservation for you. A walk in guest will only be given the daily rate for that night that they walk in.you are more than welcome to contact me regarding your stay at the hotel number. We wish you safe travels and look forward to better serving you in the future.

The only complaint would be the bed was a little stiff for the wufe and I otherwise place was nice.

Our group of 4 liked that the front desk opened breakfast early for us to get to the Green Lake car show on Sunday. That was very nice and we will stay again next year.
