Very beautiful hotel all around. The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. Everything was clean. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Will be staying here again!

The air conditioner in the room had to be turned down to 61 just to cool the room. And the TV only had the option for live TV, could not connect to the internet for streaming. But the bed was fantastic and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall a very nice stay.

There was a very strong scent in the lobby which triggered a migraine while we were checking in. The scent was noticeable in public areas connected to the lobby. While checking out, I mentioned my concerns about the smell and the manager told me that "Lot's of people have said they liked it". She did finally say that she was sorry for my reaction but the comment was very insincere. I told her I was concerned that a severe medical event could be triggered in someone who had breathing difficulties and she once again informed that I was the only person who complained and lots of people liked it.

Rooms only stocked with two towels, despite sleeping 6 people. No bedding provided for the pull out bed. Front desk was prompt with delivering though. Bathroom mat was dirty, bathroom was a little lacking in cleaning. Breakfast was out of nearly everything at 8am and was never refilled while we ate. Convenient and safe location.

We really enjoyed how big the space was it was very homie for a r Hotel room we loved that our daughter could running around freely and our dog had room to her self as well. Well definitely book again!!!!! Room 201 for the win!!!

Not a great checkin process. A member of my party tried to use the card to enter through a back door, after parking the car. When he made it back to the front he was told”oh yeah, that only works half the time”. We also tried the hand sanitizer dispensers on multiple floors and all were empty. When mentioned to the front desk, he said “yeah they are all empty”. The place is clean but a significant training process should be implemented on how to address issues.

The place was great except we booked it because it had a hot tub. The site has not been updated they no longer have one. The pool was great tho. The rooms are roomy and beds are very comfortable.

Car trouble
Our truck broke down and we limped into the hotel parking lot grateful for a place to stay until morning and we could find a mechanic. Ashley greeted us with a huge smile and accommodated our every need and whim. Offered homemade cookies and extra coffee for the pot in the room. We could have been more comfortable and made to feel more welcome. Our great stay was all thanks to Ashley! We went above and beyond!!

Staff was outstanding! The hotel stay was a result of an accident and we needed help to find transpotoon to our ride home. The staff went out of their way to see that we made it. Not to mention -The hotel was clean and the breakfast was excellent!
