Pleasant Surprise

After booking Hotel Europa last minute, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The staff were exceptional at check in, breakfast & check out. The room comfortable and much bigger than expected. The bathroom was huge compared to other hotels and Air BnB places we have stayed in. The room was clean & comfortable. Our only issue was the air conditioner wasn't working to our expectations. My husband says if we need to stay in Biella again we have our place.

Thanks for your review!The air conditioning was simply turned off because the weather was quite cool. But you could have reported it to the front desk and we could have turned it on.Best regards

Great for business men

Friendly staff and clean hotel. Good wifi and free indoor parking. Excellent complimentary breakfast. A close enough to the city center.
