My Wife and I had previously stayed at this hotel without any problems. My wife had a friend visiting in the middle of the night and was told she could not visit the room. We would gladly pay the visit fee as other hotels have asked for in the past but where told this was not available so we suggested another room. As we were about to pay for the room the front desk agent gave us a bad attitude and said that he was NOT going to sell us the room and threatened to call the police. Which he did and we had to tell the police the whole story how he treated my wife and her friend with a great disrespect. I couldn’t believe that he did this to us. I spoke with someone the next morning and they said they would resolve the issue and never did. I will never stay at this place again. No follow up from anyone. Was quite embarrassing how we were treated by the staff

At the parking lot, the person in charge was very rude.
At the front desk the lady who assist us did jot have enough patience. Overall the bedroom is clean and comfortable. We will see tomorrow the breakfast and check out.
