Posted 17 Dec 2023 on HotelsTop notch staff & service. Clean rooms, big beds, wifi, we did laundry, we did couples massages, free breakfast in the restaurant attached to it. Safe neighborhood, close to shopping and transportation. Rodrigo did an amazing job. Transport to Quito airport provided.

Overall beautiful property in Riobamba. My husband & I were originally placed in a much smaller room than what we had booked. A bit of an inconvenience, but staff corrected situation once I informed them. Loved the suite (once we were moved to the correct room) & would highly recommend!! We were not given any information about breakfast, spa, etc. when we checked in so that would be my suggestion for an area to improve on
