If traveling with family avoid this place!

Even if you wake up at 6am there is not a single chair available close to the pool, all taken by 'towels'. Very disrespectful guests, do not recommend especially if traveling with family.

Overall we would only give this property 3 stars. Service was good but food was only mediocre. Also resort was advertised as having four resturants but nowhere did it say the in the all inclusive package you were only allowed acess to one resturant without additional charge. Been to several all inclusive resorts in the past years and this was a first for us. Very disappointed in the false info.

Staff tried their best to accommodate us. They should be commended. Specialty restaurants’ food quality needed to be improved.Quality of food and desserts could be improved. No variety between Sheraton Room and buffet food. Shower leaked.
