"My room got flooded. My property got damaged. None of the amenities that were said to be included. I actually receive my children. Did not eat free when I did get a meal from travel. "⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best Anniversary Trip Ever!
We had an incredible stay at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico for our 12th anniversary! Check-in was smooth, our oceanfront room was perfect, and Will, the bellman, gave us a great tour and helped with our bags.
We spent most of our time by the quiet pool and walking the beach — so peaceful. On our anniversary, we had an amazing couples massage, relaxed in the steam room and jacuzzi, and had the BEST dinner at Nori. Our server Anthony made us feel so special, and the vegan sushi and BBQ tofu bowl were absolutely delicious.
We also took a day trip to Old San Juan and explored La Perla at sunset — unforgettable! We wrapped up our trip with a bike ride around the resort and one last swim before checkout.
Such a relaxing and romantic getaway — we’re already planning to come back!"
