Nice place to stay near copacabana , staff is amazing and so helpfull , great atention totaly recomended .

Was not bad overall -could not sleep as the next room people were making a lot of noise-did complain about this -the hotel should remind the people to respect others that are trying to sleep-not to make noise or bang doors at midnight or 1am in the morning

Upon checking in I was told I would have to wait a hour and than when hour passed I was told it was a single bed when i informed them I paid for 2 beds. When we got to room it was a small I bed room which I didn’t ask for and on top of that the mattress was torn and there was a bug crawling across our bed. When we called to inform front desk they said they don’t have bugs. It was very humiliating to be told that

Aiming for greater convenience during your stay, we offer an Upgrade to a Superior apartment with double bed. When informing the hotel about the second person, we provide the apartment with 02 beds, still in the Superior category. After the information of Bed Bugs in the apartment, we immediately changed to a Superior Executive apartment in a new Upgrade and reviewed it, but did not find anything that was reported to our reception. We always do the best for the guest experience and hope to see you in the next time in our Marvelous City.Best regards,
