Staff were nice. The safe in our room wasn’t operational, so we called maintenance. They were on break and it took over an hour to come. This was time we wanted to be out enjoying vacation. We had to move the first night because air conditioning stopped working. We had been out having fun and arrived at 1:30am. It was not enjoyable having to pack up and move at 2am. Nothing was said or done about the inconvenience.

Localidade muito boa e hotel limpo. Porém precisa melhorar muito. São dois prédios, o central é outro prédio do outro lado da rua de trás (que eu não sabia) Apenas o prédio principal tem cozinha. Quem ficar no prédio de trás (meu caso) precisa sair do prédio e atravessar a rua para a cozinha e café da manhã. Nenhum dos prédios tem lugar para sentar e comer. Não tem microondas no quarto e na tem gelo no prédio. Se precisar de gelo ou esquentar comida ou qualquer coisa da cozinha tem que pedir um favor a eles e vc fica aguardando em pé na frente do elevador até eles trazerem os solicitou. Resumindo: não recomendo

Hotel antigo e precário. Não vale a pena.

O hotel é muito antigo e algumas condições precárias! A roupa de cama estava furada, o vaso sanitário entupido. O elevador está em reforma e apenas 1 elevador está funcionando… causando uma grande demora para subir ou descer. Alguns atendentes não fazem questão alguma de serem simpáticos. O café da manhã é razoável SE CHEGAR CEDO. Fui tomar café em torno de 09h da manhã e o ovo mexido estava nojento, assim como a limpeza do salão. Mesas sujas de utilização dos hospedes anteriores. Na minha opinião a diária é extremamente cara para o padrão do hotel… deveria custar no máximo R$ 120. Existem opções em Icaraí com diárias de valores semelhantes porém hotéis muito melhores!

As instalações do hotel são muito boas! O quarto é grande e confortável. Tinha uma varanda que deixou melhor ainda. Estava bem limpo. O colchão da cama é um pouco duro, mas como ficamos uma noite só, não foi um problema. É bem pertinho da orla de Icaraí. Todos os funcionários são muito educados. Um elogio especial ao senhor Denis da cozinha, super simpático e alto astral, você já vai tomar café com um ambiente de alegria ao redor. Minha esposa e eu ficamos muito satisfeitos! Também conseguimos fazer check in antecipado, pagamos uma taxa de meia diária, o que nos ajudou bastante. Com certeza nos hospedaremos novamente em uma nova visita a Niterói.

Decadência!!

Hotel super antigo, mal conservado e de aparência deprimente. Ficamos na suite cuja diária era de R$ 1014,00 ( com a noite de recompensa do Hoteis.com ), e nunca mais volto lá! Chegamos na suite e não havia NENHUM TRAVESSEIRO!! E só tinha uma toalha de rosto! Tivemos que pedir e levaram. Ou seja, não tinham preparado o quarto. Pedi touca de banho, não tinha. Travesseiros com cheiro ruim, de anos de uso. Manchados também. Restaurante também antiquíssimo e de aparência decadente . O café da manhã com os itens em vasilhas de PLÁSTICO no buffet. Hotel decadente. Não volto!!

A facilidade do check in foi ótima. Os funcionários são educados e simpáticos. A cama era dura, desconfortável e o blackout curto que passava claridade e eu acordei super cedo. Não dormi bem. Banheiro muito antigo com bidê e as portas não fechavam porque estavam estufadas. Precisa de reforma.

Maravilhoso

Eu sempre viajo e fico em varios hotéis. Fiquei no hotel no réveillon e achei incrível, desde as meninas da recepção que não mediu esforço para me ajudar nos pedidos. Como arrumar uma cama para meu bebê. O senhor que fica no cafe da manhã, tanto quanto a camareira, uma simpatia. Otimo café da manhã e localização.
