The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed was quite comfy..The location is ideal, walkable distance to the beach.

The expedia rating for this hotel is 4 starts but in reality this is a 3 start hotel. The facilities were clean but in need of some love. Our bath sink was clogged, the safe didn't work and the keys didn't work as expected. Have to make magnetized our keys everyday. However daily breakfast was ok and the staff very professional and friendly.

We are still currently staying at property. We had 1 issue that was quite disturbing: at 930 pm last night - housekeeping entered our room with a pass key to ask if we needed towels (which we did not call for). We reported this to the front desk and they did not seem concerned that housekeeping was entering guest rooms at night.
Also since our flight was arriving in the early morning, we decided to book & prepay for a room for the night before so we wouldn’t have to wait for check in time. Our room was not ready and we had to wait for housekeeping to finish cleaning the room and we were denied the breakfast @ 10:02 because the desk took 30 minutes to check us in.
We did enjoy the breakfast the next day and the front desk personnel are friendly and overall the room is fine.
