The check in was easy, and the staff was helpful and professional. However, the room I booked was for 1 queen bed, instead received a room with 2 wobbly single beds. Sheets were not clean.

Room was pretty small but clean & had a mini fridge and a microwave. Friendly & helpful staff. Key card to our room wouldn’t work so we were given a different room facing the highway. We arrived around midnight & checked out at 06:00 & didn’t have time for breakfast. I would definitely return & recommend this hotel.

Not the safest area but the overall hotel from inside was good. rooms were decent, beds were fine, we had issue with 1 room and staff simply took care of it by switching. Dont eat here though. Food is terrible, ordered 8 things none of them finished

The desk staff and all staff very friendly. Not a great location but perfect for my transit. Very helpful staff no problem rebooking when I missed my bus. Even my taxi drivers have been very pleasent. All round absolutely no complaints.

It was further away from the airport than expected for an airport hotel. There was no separate bar but a bar/restaurant. The staff were very pleasant in the restaurant and at reception. Although the room was small it had plenty of drawer and storage space. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. There was a kettle but the coffee and tea (all flavoured) were sparce , with only 1 sachet of powdered milk

Nice hotel pre-flight
We only had an overnight at the hotel. Everything was very clean and new. The restaurant food was delicious! Nice breakfast. Reliable wi-fi. The bed could be more comfortable. The AC took a bit too long to cool the toasty room. This hotel is a great option before taking Rio Galeão Airport early flights.
