Localização muito boa, café da manhã satisfatório pelo valor pago, atendimento dos funcionários nada a reclamar. Porém, a higiene do local é péssima. (Pelo menos no dia que eu fiquei) Azulejos com aspecto de sujo, cortina da cama com princípio de mofo, água do boxe empossando. A roupa de cama que utilizei não tinha sujeira visível, mas se negligenciam a limpeza do local dessa forma, imagino que sequer deve ser trocada a roupa de cama.

O atendimento é ótimo tanto pelo whatsapp quanto pessoalmente, precisei fazer o checkin as 23h e foi super tranquilo. A localização é ótima e é seguro. Tive a experiência de ficar em dois quartos e no primeiro foi OK mas o segundo foi beem melhor! Um ótimo custo beneficio pela localização e entrega, o café da manhã é simples mas é bem limpo e caprichoso. Vale a pena dar uma chance :)

Boa localização, mas precisa de cuidados.
Pelas fotos o hotel parecia melhor. Está precisando de cuidados. Travesseiros, ! e toalhas muito surrados. No meu quarto, a cortina estava soltando, o frigobar desligado, dando um ar de largado. O secador que solicitei na reserva não esquentava. Gostei do café da manhã, simples e gostoso. O pessoal , tanto da recepção quanto dos serviços muito simpaticos e atenciosos. Localização muito boa

Tivemos alguns contratempos que acreditamos serem controlados: o banheiro tinha barata e aranha, em seguida a água acabou durante o banho e tive que tomar banho pegando água em um pote. O ar-condicionado pingou água na cama, na primeira a solicitação para conserto foi feita, mas não foi atendida, até que na 3 noite, depois de pedir novamente eles consertaram. O café da manhã é extremamente simples. A luz do banheiro ficava piscando e o exaustor não funcionava. A cama não é confortável e não serviço de troca de roupa de banho nem limpeza do chão do quarto durante os 4 dias.

Quarto com mal cheiro e sujo!
O quarto tinha um forte cheiro de cigarro.Como o quarto não tem janela o cheiro não saía. As roupas de cama estavam sujas, as fronhas com forte cheiro de suor e quarto estava sujo. A funcionária foi muito solicita e atenciosa, mas não conseguiu resolver o problema do cheiro de cigarro, no final tivemos q comprar um Bom Ar....mas mesmo assim não ajudou muito....O lugar no geral é bonito, mas pecou nmuito na limpeza!
