Great Hotel! It's clean, organized, and convenient. The hotel is close to Copacabana and Ipanema Beach. Also, the hotel has a mall within walking distance. The only thing to keep in mind is if you are planning on going on a tour, the companies won't pick you up at this hotel.

Everything about this property was amazing, from the friendly staff, to the food & the overall cleanliness of the hotel. I am from Toronto but downloaded the Google Translator App and it has helped me during times. Regardless that not many people speak English, it has been an amazing experience in Brazil & I will be coming back !! Obrigado pela sua hospitalidade Brasil. Com amor de Toronto !!

This property is absolutely wonderful!! You feel safe staff is very friendly and great location. Very clean! Only wish is that the staff spoke/ understand a little more english

I did not receive my VIP benefits. In fact the staff member who checked us in did not explain ANYTHING to us. And I mean NO explaining of anything in or around the hotel.
I went the next day to talk to a staff member and he was very nice and attentive. All of the other staff were pretty awesome.
