Terrible, Pessimo atendimento, pessoas mal educada para atender o cafe da manha, camas em pessimo estado, lencois e toalhas sujas, limpeza do quarto terrivel, meu quarto nao travesseiros e por uma semana o chao nao foi limpo

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Firstly, the staff wanted 10USD to store guests’ luggage prior to check in time. This is practically standard service at other hotels. They were money gouging their clients.
The bed didn’t have fitted sheet and the doona/quilt didn’t have a cover. In spite of the check in being 30 minutes the bed was still only half made.
The only reason I could sleep was because I had my own sleeping bag.
The aircon didn’t work well either.
Never again!

The room was dirty. I gave tip to the lady who cleaned to change towels and she didn’t. She was mean and rude. She did not clean well my room during the whole time that I was there.

Terrible , dirty, sheets dirty and with stains , the mirrors dirty anything there was clean and I paid a lot for this ? It is not acceptable I will not return
