Fantastic Stay! Highly Recommend! I recently stayed at Hilton, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Check-in was a breeze, and the lobby area was clean, modern, and inviting. The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in, ensuring I got a great night’s rest. I also loved the thoughtful touches like the complimentary toiletries and fast Wi-Fi. The location is perfect—close to Mall, landmarks, or conveniences]. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this hotel is ideally situated to make the most of your trip. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. It was a perfect way to start/end the day. The attention to detail and care for guests really sets this hotel apart. The check-in process was smooth and since we overbooked one extra night by mistake, William the front staff was able to offer us 2 cans of beers as a gesture of goodwill but he couldn't provide free dinner vouchers. The breakfast buffet was delicious with its own juicer machine. Fresh fruits and eggs made to order. For dinner we order a pepperoni pizza which wasn't as good as stand alone pizza joints but the filet mignon steak was tasty. The commute to Christ the Redeemer and Copacabanna Beach was about 30-40 mins awy.

Beautiful property, very clean. We are traveling with 4 kids and they were able to get us into connecting rooms- which was very important to us. For this, we are very grateful! Breakfast is wonderful as well!

Very sad experience. One of the cleaning mades was stealing in my room, she got couple hundres dollars cash. As soon as I returned to my room after a city tour in Rio, I found out she opened my bag and grab the money so I went inmedialty to talk to the hotel manager. They made an investigation looking the cameras and key door, they confitmed only 1 person besides myself got into the room that day: May 31st. Unfortunately, they protected their employee, didn't get responsiblity and just went to their "policy" of using the safe box. Very sad, in a 5 stars hotel happened it.

My room was lack in cleanliness in details like the bedding and the window, it's a huge building though, and the bed was comfortable. Expedia didn't send a notification after reserving that the pool was closed, but notified this after check in instead , which I found shady. Breakfast was good quality and the staff is kind, I'd stay again just to spend the night not for a long stay.

We stayed for a total of 6 nights and chose this hotel because we know what we can expect out of a Hilton hotel; however, was disappointed in the fact that there is only one restaurant in the hotel and the menu was limited. The breakfast was decent the first 2 days but after the 3rd day, it was the same stuff I ate the previous day and many times it tasted not as fresh. I was also disappointed in the 3 or 4 doormen who barely greeted you, and never opened the door of our taxi when we got in or out. After awhile we wondered why they were at the door because there was never any interaction with them as we came and went. Other than that, the rooms were nice, the front desk staff was nice and the area felt safe.
