The place is great value, beautiful studio with an amazing top roof pool. Great customer service. The area around is not the nicest if you walk but it’s close to the famous stairs and lots of transportation. Overall excellent.

Conveniently located if you want to have fun over the weekend. Walking distance from plenty of bars and clubs as well as a few of the tourist locations Rio is known for.

The hotel is located in one of the oldest area of Rio, close to the Lapa Arch. It’s surrounded by bar clubs and restaurants. It seems that the entire area is opened 24hrs. The building of the hotel is probably old but it’s been renovated, especially the bathroom. The breakfast is very good, lots of fruits, breads, juices, cakes. I am not sure if it’s because of Carnival since the hotel is crowded with tourists, but I enjoyed every minute of it, especially pao de queijo (cheese ball)

Very old and tired hotel

Stayed here for 4 nights. I wasn't comfortable at all. 1. Room is very dark, lights need replacing to brighten up the room. 2. Towels were horrible. Very tatty and scratchy, even have holes. They looked like they were once white now greyish and just disgusting. 3. Pillows were horrible, lumpy. I can only dseceibe it as when you wash a duvet and they end up the insides clumpy. 4. Broken facilities like hairdrier (even after changing, just didnt work), light bulbs. The curtains look really dirty. 5.bed uncomfortable. Good points: 1. Staff were cordial 2. Breakfast: fresh fruits! And the pizza for breakfast was very good. Freshly made!

Café da manhã excelente e atendimento ótimo. Porém tivemos alguns problemas, ar condicionado não gelava, cheiro de cigarro nos corredores do andar do quarto e invasão do quarto por uma funcionária da limpeza por volta das 18hs da noite ( horário incomum para a faxina ), sendo que assim que ela bateu na porta do quarto ela já foi entrando!! Não deu nem tempo de respondermos ela que o quarto estava ocupado, por sorte estávamos saindo

Bom. Poderia ter algumas melhorias..

Não poder usar o terraço pra tomar um sorvete no copo achei bem sem noção. Ser obrigada a consumir apenas oq o hotel vende. Já se paga a diária para usar as dependências. Não deixaria sujeira no local. Outro fator, ia funcionários falam alto demais de manhã cedo pelos corredores, acordando os hóspedes. E isso não é a primeira vez que acontece. Funcionários da recepção são excelentes e café da manhã bom. Box do banheiro com bastante mofo nas laterais.

Bom, mas pode melhorar

No check in foi cobrado cerca de 25 reais a mais pela minha estadia. Mesmo eu mostrando ao recepcionista que o valor estava errado e que as taxas e impostos já estavam incluídos, ele continuou alegando que a errada era eu e cobrou o valor a mais. Sem falar no check in que, mesmo tendo quarto disponível, não iniciam antes das 14h. Cheguei no hotel por volta das 13h, tinha fila de espera e só as 14h começaram a chamar. Fui entrar no meu quarto só perto das 14h30. No mais, sem reclamações. Café da manhã muito bom e a limpeza estava ótima.
