Gorgeous property and fabulous host!

Such a beautiful little property, ideally located for walks in the New Forest (all just a short drive away), and there's a fabulous pub right next door! Alice was a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble.Would definitely recommend!

Perfect mini break. Alice and Andrew are so welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Two genuine kind people. Location was perfect. Next door to a friendly pub. Would highly recommend this property. Can’t wait to stay again.

Thatched eaves is wonderful! Really pretty and the room had lovely amenities and facilities. Alice was so accommodating and helpful and the breakfast was delicious, really cannot fault anything.

What a fantastic stay we had!! We were made to feel so welcome. Amazing little place with everything we needed and more! Stunning room with a beautiful garden view. The whole family Really did enjoy our stay. Breakfast was the icing on the cake!

Amazing service Alice and Andrew are so lovely and they couldnt do enough to help us whenever we needed it. The room was very clean and modern and the breakfast was great. Would highly recommend
